About Us

Catherine Poulton Management was established in 2002 by company director Catherine Poulton.  Representing a diversely talented client list, the agency has clients working in some of Australia’s leading dramas, feature films and theatre productions. CPM understands the unique strengths and abilities of each client, ensuring they are represented most effectively to achieve their long term goals.

Catherine Poulton has worked in representation and casting in both Australia and the UK since the early 1990s.  In the UK she worked at one of the country’s leading stage schools, where she consolidated her desire to nurture actors’ careers and honed her eye for untapped talent.  In recent years, Catherine has focused on strengthening ties with the US industry.  Numerous clients are now co-represented at a high level in the States and are moving into the international market.  Catherine has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne and is a member of the Australian Drama Agents’ Association.

After completing a BA (Theatre) Jane Dixon headed to the US and then the UK to live, work and travel. Working for a number of large finance companies Jane's love for all things theatre, film and TV saw her return to Australia and the arts industry starting her journey with CPM in July 2009, working full time and studying part time she completed a Grad Cert in Arts and Entertainment Management in 2011. Jane has a passion for acting and working with actors to build their careers.

Having studied in Australia, Canada and Europe Tania Patti has a BA (Hons) majoring in Cinema Studies and a Graduate Certificate in Public Relations. She has volunteered for film festivals and theatre companies, worked in media recruitment, documentary production, and as a casting co-ordinator. Tania spent four years working for a talent agency in London where she was soon promoted to Junior Agent before moving back to Melbourne in 2010. Through her study and work experiences Tania discovered her love for both the craft and the business of acting, joining CPM in February 2011.
